| Friday | July 29 |
| Noon-6pm | Registration opens at the Inn on Barons Creek in the Brodbeck Meeting Room at 308 S Washington St., Fredericksburg, TX. Collect Welcome Kits, Car Show Registration Forms, Car Show "Members Choice" voting slips, Goody Bags, and Store Items. |
| 9am-6pm | Shopping & Sightseeing in Fredericksburg & surrounding area. Kickback / relax time poolside at Inn on Barons Creek. |
| 1pm | While some may want to visit the shops and stores downtown, others can take a tour of Street Dreams Texas, an auto dealer in Fredricksburg that specializes in Classics, Muscle cars, and Street Rods. We will meet in the parking lot of the Inn on Barons Creek at 1pm. Depart at 1:10pm and drive to 156 FM 2093 Fredericksburg, TX, 1 block West of State Hwy 16. |
| 5pm | Staging in parking lot to cruise out for a local dinner spot. This is a self-pay and we may have to break into smaller groups. |
| 7:00pm | Staging in parking lot for those want the see 2 million Bats take flight for the night. Approximately 30 minutes from the Inn. Binoculars recommended. See on YouTube. No Pets, No Alcohol in Wildlife Area. |
| 8pm-10pm | Attendees meet in Brodbeck Room at Inn on Barons Creek to receive Welcome Kits finish registration. Afterwards, Poolside mingling and refreshments till 10PM or so. |
| Saturday | July 30 |
| 7-9am | Breakfast compliments of the Inn on Barons Creek. |
| 7-9am | Fill up with Gas and check fluids. |
| 9am | Meet in Parking Lot till 9:12AM and Caravan from Inn on Barons Creek to the Car Show Area at the Full Moon Inn for setup and final preparations for the Cannonbird Run Car Show. |
| 10am-2pm | Cannonbird Run Car Show at the Full Moon Inn. Lunch will be available on-site. There will also be indoor seating and activities for the kids. |
| Noon | Judging starts for the Cannonbird Car Show, please be with your car when the Judges arrive. |
| 1:30pm | Group Photo! (Oak trees and a few cars as background) |
| 2-5pm | Staging for the 60 mile Saturday Cruise through the Texas Hill Country with stops at Grapecreek and Pedernales Cellars wineries. Wine taste testing optional and ending back at your respective hotel. |
| 6pm | Get your boots and cowboy hats on and get ready for the BBQ and Band. Those staying at the Inn on Barons Creek will drive back to the Full Moon Inn. |
| 6-7pm | Trophies and Awards announced and presented to Car Show winners. Pictures will be taken with the winners and their cars. |
| 7pm | Catered Texas style BBQ dinner from Rabke’s |
| 7-11pm | Enjoy the music from The Mark Jungers Band. |
| Sunday | July 31 |
| 7-9am | Breakfast compliments of the Inn on Barons Creek. |
| 8am | Sit down with the Organizing Committee at The Barons Creek Inn for input and insight on next year's event. |
| 7-9am | Fill up with Gas and check fluids. |
| 9am | Meet in Parking Lot till 9:12AM and Sunday Cruise thru the Hill Country to Austin. |
| 11am or so | Lunch at Chuy's TexMex Restaurant in the Hubcap room. |
